Nichole Dandrea-Russert, MS, RDN
Nichole has been a registered dietitian-nutritionist for 30 years, specializing in mental health, women’s health, and the health of the planet. She’s the author of The Fiber Effect and The Vegan Athlete’s Nutrition Handbook and co-author, with Ocean Robbins, of Real Superfoods and Powered By Plants.
She’s a nutrition spokesperson for The Weather Channel’s AMHQ and Pattrn, and she’s developed hundreds of FRN’s most beloved and most nutritious recipes.
